Mike and I got the opportunity to fly to San Diego last week for a little R&R away from the kids. It was so great to get away! We had the best time! Zachary calls these clouds 'cotton candy clouds' so this pic was for him that we took out of the plane window.
We had the most beautiful weather. 69 degrees each day and just perfect! This is the beautiful downtown of San Diego.
We took a 2 hour Harbor Cruise and it was amazing! The military ships and bases were so incredible.

We got to see the Navy Seals in action, training in the bay.
We also went to Balboa Park, which was absolutely beautiful.

And this was one of the restaurants that is seen in Top Gun. So cool.
We had such a fabulous time...it went by so fast! Thanks mom for staying with the kids for us!!
