We took our trailer for its 1st family camping trip last weekend. We went to Deschutes State Park, up past The Dalles, with my parents, my aunt and uncle, and some other cousins. We had a blast! The kids had been counting down the days for about 2 weeks. They were all up by 7am chomping at the bit to go. We finally got loaded up and took off at about noon, and shortly thereafter, this was the scene of 2 of the 3 in the backseat of the truck.
We stopped and got lunch and went to Multnomah Falls to eat and take in the sights. Had so much fun! It was a gorgeous day and the kids really had a great time. 
The boys found a little pond of water in the trunk of the tree and they were fascinated! 
Once we got to the campground, I was terrible about getting out the camera. The only pictures I took were of the boys playing football together in the field. 
We had a great time, and the little trailer worked out perfect! Our next big trip is Memorial Day Weekend and the boys already have their countdown going.
